Aglow Hosted Activities

We strive to provide exceptional service and understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a reservation subsequent to purchasing tickets, please refer to the following policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule      effectively.
2. Gift  Card Issuance: If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive a gift card for the full amount of your original purchase. This gift card can be used toward any future services or products at The Goetchius House.
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event results in the issuance of a gift card equal to 50% of the original purchase amount.
4. No-Shows:  Clients who do not show up for events without prior notice will not  receive a refund and will be charged 100% of the original purchase amount.

By purchasing a ticket for an event or activity with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
