Seriously though, Happy Hour on the G-House porch is like day-drinking with class and nothing says “classy cocktail” like sipping on something strong where 1800s gossip was once spilled. There are also bonus perks: Creaky floorboards double as mood music; Ghosts might join your party (Boo-ze, anyone); You can say “This porch has seen things,” and it’s true. If someone judges your one more glass of wine, just whisper, “It’s for the aesthetic.” So, raise your glass to the original owners, Richard Rose Goetchius and Mary Ann Bennett. Their work allows you to waltz into a wine spritzer with a historical view.
FRIDAY, MAY 9 at 7 PM
The one and only Peggy Jenkins will have her "Mojo working" at the Goetchius House on Friday night. With an epic voice, your toes will be tapping, and you may even just need to jump up and start dancing uncontrollably. Between songs, she is a hilarious as she is an amazing vocalist. So don’t even check your calendar—just get your groove on and get ready to feel the musically induced chills.
SATURDAY, MAY 10 at 7 PM
Two music lovers, Jazzmin Raine and Toney Williams, serendipitously met at the Goetchius House during a Columbus Jazz Society Jazz Jam... it was love from first note! They got married a few months later at The G-House in January 2025. Toney, founder of RedKey Entertainment, hits the keys with Jazzmin on the vocals... you'll be sure to love them in their return to the Goetchius has husband and wife! You thought Ella and Louis could perform, wait until you take a listen to Jazzmine and Toney!

Moms are basically superheroes - but with snacks, hugs, and the ability to find things no one else can.
